Junk King Atlanta South Welcomes a New King and Queen of Junk
Local Entrepreneurial Couple Are the New Owners of Eco-Friendly Junk Removal Service
ATLANTA – Junk King, the nation’s leading junk removal company earning nationwide acclaim for its unrivaled customer service and incomparable eco-friendly approach, announced the new ownership of the Atlanta South location with local entrepreneurial couple, Robb and Melanie Wallace.
The Wallaces have previous business ownership experience in construction, retail and food service industries, giving them the operating and financial management experience needed to continue strengthening Junk King’s ties to the community. Plus, as local residents, they have a pulse on the needs of their neighbors in Atlanta South. Robb is a musician who attended the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California with a focus on percussion. He is a drummer for a local cover band that occasionally performs in the Atlanta area. Melanie loves spending time with their dogs, has experience in jewelry design and enjoys practicing Pilates, when time allows.
“We understand what it takes to run a successful business and fully believe in Junk King’s mission of reducing the amount of junk that ends up in our landfills,” said Robb. “We look forward to providing a superior junk removal service to our friends, neighbors and the community in south Atlanta.”
In addition to the company’s professionalism, eco-friendly recycling and top-notch customer service, businesses and residents alike choose Junk King because of the brand’s state-of-the-art technology systems that allow customers to schedule a pick-up in real time. With the online booking system, all it takes is a few clicks and within a matter of minutes Junk King can be scheduled and the job can be completed. The online pricing estimator will also quickly provide customers with an accurate and affordable estimate based on items or truck load.
“We have full confidence that Robb and Melanie are the right people to take ownership of our Atlanta South location,” said Michael Andreacchi, CEO and co-founder of Junk King Franchise Systems. “They have been enthusiastic about this new journey, and their experience has given them the right skills to lead these efforts. We are excited to see what they’ll accomplish.”
Unlike the majority of junk removal services, pricing for Junk King is based on the amount of junk removed. The brand’s trucks are twenty percent larger than the industry average, meaning there is no job it cannot handle. Sixty percent of the junk collected is recycled, rather than being dropped at landfills.
